    Available for download:

    CURSE CLIENT

    SECRET UI
    http://www.secretui.com/downloads/in...atorAddOn.html

Some users have reported a bug where the "Join Queue" button is greyed out or the drop down list did not load when they opened the window. If you experience this type /reloadui and press enter and it should clear it up.

    Installation Instructions:

    Install video by JazzyCat: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kVeAMaLu1jg

    1. Download the file!

    2. Place the DungeonFinder_vx.x.x.zip file in your TSW root folder.
ex: C:\Program Files (x86)\Funcom\The Secret World

    3. Unzip the file in that root folder. When unzipping make sure you are only extracting the Data and Script folder. If you end up with a DungeonFinder_vx.x.x folder inside your TSW root then it wont work. If that happens just copy the Data and Script folder out and place them in your root folder.

    4. Restart the game. Thats it!

    Opening the Dungeon Finder

    1. Find the purple button on your screen. Should be in the top left quadrent. Click it to open the window.

    2. Once you open the window click the settings button and the controls to move the button anywhere you like will appear. Hide the controls by clicking the settings button again.

    3. Click the Join button in the bottom right corner of the window. If the buttons are greyed out try /reloadui and it should fix it. A couple people told me they had to do this and I am investigating the issue.

    4. Look for people to group with and click the search button periodically to see new people that joined. Thats it!

Some interesting stats! In less than a week from release the Dungeon Finder is being used by over 2,800 players to fill their groups! Also the average wait time per Role and Dungeon are included below with some other fun stats!

Sneak peek of the preference screen that will allow you to queue up for multiple dungeons as multiple roles. Targeting some time this weekend for the release.

    Holy crap.....

Seriously, games that allow mods can just sit back and scratch their asses because players will rush in to fill up the needs they have left blank.

A crummy UI now being tweaked by players so it can be configured.
    A DPS meter.
    A way to change buffs.
A way to move the team window, the defensive target and do the hover mouse thing.
    A way to skip movies.
A way to have a in-game description complete with images.

    And now a LFG tool.

At some point devs will just throw a bare bones skeleton of a game to gamers and say 'Okay, you finish it now'. And we get to pay them for the privilege.

Kudos btw. It is only a pity that it will require plenty of word of mouth to spread the news which means it will never be as popular as an in-game tool (unless the devs would be so kind to pick your already developed work and put it in). Pretty much like SWTOR's LFG channel that even to the end I still found people discovering it existed.

If only we could get devs to put in big blocky letters on the splash page when we enter the game (not the forums, too many don't visit the forums, but everyone must pass through the splash). Something like http://imgur.com/GqGsM.

You think we could Tweet Ragnar about it?

Since I was planning for one (and obviously having 2 different LFG addons would be quite a bad thing), here it was I had in mind for a LFG Tool, might give you a few ideas:
    - Rather than selecting just one dungeon, let the users select multiple things. Like when selecting Nightmare, I could have one checkbox per dungeon to check
    - Same with roles, we're on TSW after all
    - A text field to leave an additional comment about what you're looking for exactly (
    - Add some option to set yourself as LFG for outdoor activities (and maybe for PvP premades as well?)
    - Make group leaders able to filter the list of LFG players, like only showing who checked Elite+Slaughterhouse or Nightmare+Ankh

Add the ability to select pvp zones as well as give the description of their faction. I'm sure if there are some hardcore RP'rs out there or even pvp'rs they'd appreciate this function as well. Additionally I feel that if you gave players the option to personally rate other players as well as give descriptions for other players for personal use, not for public sight, it would be good.

So from me I'd say add:

    1. PvP compatibility
    2. Player Faction
    3. Player noting and rating for personal use.
    4. Lair groups
    5. Potential Raid function, for future raids and for current pvp raids
    6. The ability to change the color of the window, i.e. it looks a little bland with just gray. If you could a 255 RBG scheme would be more than amazing with preset colors as well.

I'll come up with a few idea's later on as well; and if you're honestly up for teaching someone how to code I own a ventrilo and would be more than happy to apprentice under you.

    Additionally:

    7. I love Mookey skin for the background.

If this is to much to ask I understand just tossing info out when it looks like it'd be rewarding.

EDIT: I'd like to say everything ETH said as well seems really good too.

In the next few months Funcom plans to make strides by adding the following:

Monthly mission packs, including a slew of new investigation missions
New weapons (including a big one that will cause even bigger explosions!)
Raids (clue for the first one: The Big Apple will never be the same)
Expanded character customization, including plastic surgery
A player vs. player dungeon set in an entirely new geographical area
Dungeon finder tool to make grouping for dungeons much easier
Seasonal events such as Halloween and Winter Solstice
Two large adventure areas including new characters, missions, monsters, lore and more
More social gameplay will be added to the London hub

    And most importantly:

Combat will be enhanced significantly both visually and mechanically

And speaking of dungeons, we're also working on a dungeon finder tool, allowing players to more easily put together a team to handle the instanced content
